As you know I have been stranded without a birth certificate and or passport for
over one year in the USA. I spent over a year of my own attempts without any success.
The Canadian consulate also tried to help with processing my certificate which was
needed in order to apply for a new Passport.
Yet, in a little over a week you company was able to handle getting the birth certificate
for me and then able to forward the birth certificate to the passport office for
me. The good news is, I will have my new passport and birth certificate by 10:30

Q. What if my Canadian passport is lost, destroyed or stolen, or I never receive
it?
A. If you lost your passport, you must contact a Passport Canada Office (if within
Canada) or nearest Consulate or Embassy to report it. If it was stolen, immediately
contact your local police authorities followed by either of the offices described
above.
Q. If I’m a Canadian citizen, will I need a passport to enter the United States?
A. Yes. All Canadian citizens entering the U.S. by air must enter
with a valid passport.
