If you live outside of Canada and need to get your Canadian passport urgently all you have to do is complete the attached fax cover sheet and fax your package to us at 416-962-2968 or scan and email your package to info@canadian-passport-support.com. We take the stress and hassle out of filing an urgent passport application by checking your application to ensure that all of the details entered on the passport form are accurate and then sending it by courier to the relevant government agency. |

Application Review for Applicants Living Outside of Canada with Filing on an Urgent Basis (By Courier)

There are four steps involved with this service:
STEP 1: Fill out passport application form including an order form. |

STEP 2: Fax your completed Canadian passport application and order form to us. One of our agents will contact you within 24 hours once we have reviewed your application details. |

STEP 3: Courier your package to us (if you ordered Option one). |
| |
STEP 4: We will then submit your application to the passport offie on your behalf. |

STEP 1
- Application:
Download and Print your Canadian passport application. Once you have the application form in hand please follow these steps:
- Fill out Section 1: Personal Information. This is the first page of the ADULT Passport Application.
- Sign Section 1.
NOTE: Make sure you sign inside the white box - your pen must not touch the gray box.
- Fill out the remainder of your Canadian passport application.
NOTE: if you are not sure how to complete a particular section of the form please leave it blank; we can assist you with any information you are unsure about. We will call you back once you have faxed your application forms to us.
- Documents:
Present driver’s licence, health cards or social insurance number card along with your birth certificate / citizenship card.
- Photos:
See your local photographer and ask for 2 Canadian passport photographs.
NOTE: Photos must be according to the passport agency specifications and taken within the past 12 months.
- Guarantor:
Please see the instructions printout to find out who could be your guarantor. Your guarantor needs to complete and sign Section 2 on page 1 of your passport application.
NOTE: guarantor's signature must stay within the white box and must not touch the gray border. Your guarantor must also sign one of your photographs and the photocopy of your provincial photo ID.
- Original Documents:
Passport Canada requires the following original documents with your Canadian passport application:
- Your previous Canadian passport IF less then 5
years old.
- Canadian Birth Certificate or Canadian Citizenship card.
- If you lost your Canadian Birth Certificate, please click here.
- If you lost your Canadian Citizenship Card, please click here.
All original documents will be returned back to you.
If you are missing a document, we will help you obtain it. Please inform us which document is missing when we call you back.
If you do have the above documents please make a copy and fax them to us along with the application for a review.
- Other Requests:
Are you adding a married surname to your valid passport? Is your previous passport lost or stolen? Tell our specialists once we call you back after you have faxed your application to us. Extra fees will apply for major amendments.
STEP 2
- Fill the Order form out including payment information
section.
- Fax your completed Canadian passport application, photocopy of your Provincial photo ID and Birth Certificate or Canadian Citizenship Card to us including your order form. One of our agents will contact you once we have reviewed your Canadian passport application. Please complete the attached fax cover sheet. Fax your package to us at 416-962-2968 or scan and email your package to info@canadian-passport-support.com.
